Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle sea freight import operations, ensuring timely and efficient processing of shipments.
- Handle all relevant documentation related to sea freight imports, including Bills of Lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Oversee and execute customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage and track shipments, resolving any operational issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and documentation, ensuring all details are up to date in the system.
- Proven experience in sea freight import operations, particularly in managing the full documentation process.
- Strong background in customs clearance and knowledge of German import regulations.
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
