Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs.
  • Promote and sell air, ocean, and ground transportation services to meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and rate quotations.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
  • Achieve sales targets by prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the market.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and ground transportation services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
