To achieve this goal, they are seeking experienced Air & Sea Freight Sales Professionals to join their team. These roles will focus on driving growth and expanding the company’s market share in the North West, South East, and South West regions of France.
Position Summary:
As an Air & Sea Freight Sales Professional, you will play a key role in the company’s strategic growth in France. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships. You will be the driving force behind the company’s commercial success in your designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and target potential clients within the Air & Sea freight sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion in your region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing them with tailored logistics solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales within the Air & Sea freight forwarding industry.
- Strong knowledge of the freight forwarding and logistics landscape in France.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
