Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in freight forwarding and logistics? A leading global logistics provider is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business in freight forwarding (Air, Ocean, and Land).

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of potential clients.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of service and retention.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored logistics solutions for customers.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company objectives.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of international shipping, supply chain management, and logistics solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal operations teams.

  • Experience using CRM software for sales tracking and pipeline management.
