Role Overview:
As an Air & Ocean Export Operator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end export process for both air and ocean shipments. You will coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transportation while maintaining compliance with international shipping regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle the full export process, from booking shipments to final delivery.

Prepare and process export documentation, including Bills of Lading, AWBs, and customs declarations.

Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, and transport providers to arrange shipments.

Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to customers as needed.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of shipments.

Resolve any operational issues or delays that may arise.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting.
Key Requirements:

Previous experience in air and ocean export operations within a freight forwarding environment.

Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and export documentation.
