Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized logistics solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to executive leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless customer experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and domestic freight services.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and foster a customer-centric culture.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
