Role Overview:
The Sales Support professional will assist and support the Sales Executive with commercial objectives, including achieving sales and revenue targets, expanding customer relationships, and acquiring new clients. Responsibilities include calculating quotations, supporting contract negotiations, and serving as a key contact for customers and internal departments (Operational, Finance & Controlling, Product, and Service). Additionally, the role involves enhancing sales performance through CRM processes and internal KPI management, as well as actively contributing to the optimization of sales strategies and activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in economics or a comparable commercial qualification, with initial experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding sector
- Strong customer orientation with an open, communicative, and reliable personality.
- Cooperative and independent working style with flexibility.
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
