Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand global market presence and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in air, ocean, and ground logistics services.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized supply chain solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in global markets.
- Strong knowledge of international logistics services, including air, ocean, and customs processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
