Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand global market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in air, ocean, and ground logistics services.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized supply chain solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Mentor and support junior sales staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in global markets.
  • Strong knowledge of international logistics services, including air, ocean, and customs processes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
