- Identify and secure new business opportunities in air, ocean, and domestic freight forwarding services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing customized solutions to meet their supply chain needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and shipments.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market changes, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of air, ocean, and domestic shipping solutions.
