Full job descrip/on Posi/on Title: Branch Manager Loca/on: Columbus, Ohio Qualifica/ons: • Minimum 5 years in interna.onal logis.cs, Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, opera.ons leadership experience • Extensive knowledge of Air / Ocean / freight / cargo industry and logis.c procedures • Proven experience for people management and leadership • Knowledgeable about market trends, challenges, and compe.tors within freight forwarding industry • Experience leading an Opera.ons team [5-10] Responsibili/es: • Recruit & lead excep.onal air & ocean freight opera.onal teams. • Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) in Columbus, Ohio • Promote & integrate service products/teams for overall business promo.ons and developments. • Support prepara.on of and execute Annual business plans and opera.onal budget submissions subject to approval, execu.on, and implementa.on of the aforesaid • Support communica.ons with overseas offices/agents for mutual teamwork building, targe.ng key market goals and integra.ng service products for sales promo.on • Other assignments from management
