Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Deep understanding of air, ocean, and ground transportation services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities with a track record of motivating sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and data analysis for tracking performance and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
