A leading global freight forwarding and logistics provider is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth in air and ocean freight services. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in international logistics, customs brokerage, and supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire and grow air and ocean freight accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on international and domestic logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in supply chain, procurement, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored freight solutions to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to ensure competitive and profitable business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales or logistics business development.
  • Strong knowledge of air and ocean freight services, including import/export regulations.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow existing accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
