Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to acquire new customers and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on air and ocean freight, customs brokerage, and logistics solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in supply chain, procurement, and logistics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized freight solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring competitive services.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:
