Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics requirements.
- Prepare and present customized freight solutions for domestic and international shipments.
- Negotiate rates and manage contracts to ensure mutual profitability.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and stay competitive.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related sales roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of FCL, LCL, air freight, and trucking services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
