Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics requirements.
  • Prepare and present customized freight solutions for domestic and international shipments.
  • Negotiate rates and manage contracts to ensure mutual profitability.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and stay competitive.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related sales roles preferred.
  • Strong understanding of FCL, LCL, air freight, and trucking services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
