Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets for air, ocean, and multimodal freight services.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear performance goals aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s client base and strengthening key customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams across operations and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in logistics sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role within the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and multimodal logistics solutions, as well as industry trends.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
