Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Lead and mentor an international sales team, establishing performance goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to enhance sales initiatives and optimize service delivery.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to adjust strategies and identify potential growth areas.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company in high-level client meetings, industry events, and negotiations, promoting brand visibility and trust.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share in international markets.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics solutions, market trends, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions.
