Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing customized logistics solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality service delivery for new clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our services.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify potential business prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, tracking progress and generating regular reports to inform senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics solutions, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
